About the Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Associate / Sr. Associate – Sales to support our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media, digital content, and influencer/IP-led campaigns. You’ll play a key role in initiating client conversations, generating leads, and supporting pre-sales activities across our media solutions and proprietary IPs.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients across brands, agencies, startups, and relevant sectors
  • Conduct outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and networking platforms
  • Maintain and regularly update a CRM/database of prospective leads
Door Opening & Outreach
  • Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages to spark client interest
  • Schedule introductory meetings with key brand and marketing decision-makers
  • Collaborate with senior sales team to transition and manage warm leads
Pre-Sales Support
  • Partner with internal teams (strategy, creative, influencer) to build customized pitch decks
  • Assist in tailoring proposals to align with client needs and campaign goals
  • Support coordination and follow-ups during the pitch and closing process
Market Mapping & Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
  • Stay informed on developments in influencer marketing, branded content, and digital IPs
Reporting & Coordination
  • Maintain weekly reports on outreach activity, lead pipeline, and meetings scheduled
  • Assist with documentation and regular updates to sales materials

What We’re Looking For
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital/media sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, confident, and comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, branded content, and IP-led campaigns is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and a growth mindset
