Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Content Writer with proven experience in the e-learning domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear, accurate, and engaging instructional content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), managers, and instructional design teams. A key aspect of this role involves supporting the creation of storyboards and assisting eLearning developers in producing interactive learning experiences using Articulate 360.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, write, and edit instructional content for e-learning courses, including modules, quizzes, assessments, and supporting materials.

Collaborate with SMEs and functional managers to gather technical and process-related information.

Assist in the creation of detailed storyboards for instructional designers and eLearning developers.

Support the development of interactive and engaging e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate 360.

Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand, learner-friendly content.

Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and clarity.

Revise and optimize content based on internal reviews, feedback, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

3-5 years of professional experience as a content writer, preferably in the e-learning or technical training domain.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with a keen eye for detail.

Proven ability to simplify technical or domain-specific content for non-technical learners.

Experience working with instructional designers or familiarity with storyboarding techniques.

Basic to advanced understanding of e-learning content formats including videos, quizzes, and text-based materials.

Working knowledge of Articulate 360

Strong research and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

Background in technology, engineering, software, or any other technical domain.

Experience working with eLearning development teams or LMS platforms.
