Role & responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage a social media strategy aligned with brand goals, target audience, and current trends. Create, script, and produce high-quality content (copy, images, videos, reels, stories) tailored for each platform Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc. Conduct trend analysis to stay updated with the latest social/digital trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity. Manage the social media content calendar plan campaigns, schedule posts, and ensure timely delivery with designers and marketing teams. Handle brand social accounts — publish content, monitor engagement, and build a vibrant community. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, product, influencers) for integrated campaigns. Analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, clicks, conversions) and generate insights to optimize strategy. Conduct A/B testing of content formats, captions, posting times, and hashtags to improve reach and engagement. Maintain brand consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels. Identify and engage with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and UGC initiatives. Use social media management tools for scheduling and analytics. Provide monthly/quarterly reports on performance, insights, and recommendations. Ensure adherence to platform best practices , brand guidelines, and compliance (copyright & data/privacy). Duration: This is a 6-month internship position with the possibility of extension or full-time offer based on performance.
