Associate Software Quality Analyst

Arjan Garh, MG Road (Delhi), Delhi NCR Candidates preferred

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis: Understand business and technical requirements to develop test plans.
Test Planning and Execution: Create, maintain, and execute test cases for manual and/or automated testing.
Perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, performance, and UI testing.
Defect Tracking: Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or Trello.
Quality Assurance: Validate product behavior across different platforms and devices.
Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

Qualifications and requirement

IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED*

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) is a plus.
Minimum 2 year
experience in manual and automated testing environments.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is often desirable.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or Appium.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for automated testing.
Understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries.
Analytical Skills: Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Documentation: Ability to create test cases, defect reports, and test summary reports.
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.
