Associate Software Engineer

who is passionate about building reliable, high-performing web applications using modern Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities

Software Development

Build and maintain scalable web applications using

C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core

frameworks.Collaborate with senior engineers and designers to translate user and business needs into functional technical solutions.Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes while adhering to coding standards and best practices.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Work in cross-functional Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Contribute to technical discussions and provide creative input on solution design.Participate in code reviews to learn and uphold code quality standards.

Testing & Troubleshooting

Write unit and integration tests to validate functionality and maintain reliability.Debug issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system performance.Support deployment activities and post-release validation.

Continuous Learning & Improvement

Stay up to date with the latest trends in the .NET ecosystem, including frameworks, libraries, and tooling.Seek mentorship and actively develop your technical and problem-solving skills.Propose process improvements and optimizations to enhance efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

.

1–2 years

of experience in software development with

C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core

.Solid understanding of

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

principles and software architecture fundamentals.Experience working with

SQL Server

or other relational databases (queries, joins, stored procedures).Familiarity with

RESTful API

development and integration.Working knowledge of version control systems such as

Git

.Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to

Entity Framework, LINQ, or Web API

development.Basic knowledge of

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

, or any modern frontend framework.Understanding of

Agile/Scrum

methodologies.Familiarity with

Azure DevOps
