The Role

Associate Software Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Gain deep expertise in the Quartic.ai platform and its architecture.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues by analyzing logs, APIs, and scripts to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Write scripts and small utilities to replicate, debug, and solve customer problems.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Work directly with customers, providing professional guidance and ensuring technical problems are solved effectively.
• Document technical findings, solutions, and reusable scripts to strengthen internal knowledge sharing.
• Proactively suggest product or process improvements based on recurring patterns from customer cases.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python preferred; familiarity with APIs, SQL, or Bash scripting is a plus).
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals — debugging, version control, testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn complex systems quickly.
• Strong communication skills with the maturity to engage with enterprise customers.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally in customer-facing situations.
