The Role We’re looking for an Associate Software Engineer who can dive deep into our platform, learn it inside-out, and help enterprise customers solve tough technical problems. Here you’ll use coding, scripting, debugging, and problem-solving every day, while working directly with clients and collaborating with our engineering team. What You’ll Do Gain deep expertise in the Quartic.ai platform and its architecture. Troubleshoot complex software issues by analyzing logs, APIs, and scripts to identify root causes and implement fixes. Write scripts and small utilities to replicate, debug, and solve customer problems. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve escalated issues and propose long-term solutions. Work directly with customers, providing professional guidance and ensuring technical problems are solved effectively. Document technical findings, solutions, and reusable scripts to strengthen internal knowledge sharing. Proactively suggest product or process improvements based on recurring patterns from customer cases. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. Strong programming/scripting skills (Python preferred; familiarity with APIs, SQL, or Bash scripting is a plus). Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals — debugging, version control, testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn complex systems quickly. Strong communication skills with the maturity to engage with enterprise customers. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and professionally in customer-facing situations. Bonus Points : Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs, or data pipelines.
