Skills Required:

What will you do
Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across all social platforms
Lead content ideation and ensure timely production and publishing of posts, reels, and campaigns
Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and prepare actionable insights for growth
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators for brand campaigns
Partner with design and content teams to ensure all assets are on-brand and visually consistent
Keep the brand ahead of the curve by spotting trends and adapting them creatively
Monitor competition and industry best practices to enhance Nutrabay s digital footprint
Work Experience:
4-5 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably within a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brand
