Associate / Senior Associate - Deal Value Creation Services

You will be joining BDO India LLP, the India member firm of BDO International, which offers strategic, operational, accounting, tax & regulatory advisory services for domestic and international organisations. As an Associate / Sr. Associate in the Deal Value Creation department based in Mumbai, your role will involve managing and delivering Post Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational assessment projects. You will interact with leadership/ CXOs at clients, manage multiple stakeholders, drive business development initiatives, and work seamlessly with global teams. Your responsibilities will also include developing complex models in excel, creating executive level presentations, and supporting the partner/director in building the practice in the north region for BDO in India. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and deliver Post Merger Integration/ Carve-out/ Operational assessment projects - Interact with leadership/ CXOs at clients - Drive business development and practice management initiatives - Work seamlessly with global teams - Develop complex models in excel and executive level presentations - Support the partner/director in building the practice in the north region Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operational due diligence and transformation - CA/MBA qualification In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate strong behavioural skills such as building collaborative working relationships, stakeholder management, maintaining business relationships, strong analytical skills, and good verbal and written communication.
