Role overview:

As a Content Creator at TerraPay, you will be at the forefront of designing transformative learning experiences that empower our global teams. You ll craft engaging, measurable, and scalable training content across formats driving performance, knowledge retention, and business impact. This role blends instructional design expertise with strategic collaboration, enabling TerraPay workforce to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Instructional Design & Content Development

• Design and develop high-impact learning assets including learning objectives, simulations, scenarios, assessments, audio scripts, glossaries, and performance evaluations
• Author content using tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, and other modern platforms
• Translate face-to-face training into virtual and eLearning formats with seamless learner experience

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Operations, Support, and SME teams to identify learning needs and co-create training solutions
• Plan and deliver refreshers, classroom sessions, and virtual workshops aligned to business priorities

Learning Methodology & Evaluation

• Apply ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other instructional models to design, iterate, and evaluate learning programs
• Continuously improve course effectiveness through feedback loops, learner analytics, and performance metrics
• Upload, test, and maintain content within the LMS ecosystem

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Contribute to the evolution of TerraPay s instructional design standards and learning processes
• Explore emerging technologies (e.g., gamification, AR/VR, xAPI) to enhance learner engagement

• Strong instructional design skills and experience with modern authoring tools
• Ability to translate business needs into effective learning solutions
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in learning
