Have exposure to M&A
 Experience of creating pitchbooks, deal execution and closing end to end deals
 Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of finance concepts
 High team orientation
 Good communication both written and oral
 Analytical skills
 Should be well conversant with Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Databases like Capital IQ, mergermarket
 Significant amount of initiative, self-driven
 Have basic knowledge of the rules and regulations that apply to M&A deals
