Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Associate - Sales Support-Supply Chain in TATA CAPITAL LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Prepare MIS for large Corporate clients across India, track repayments, fees, and disbursement status, and sanction terms and conditions.

Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth disbursements and resolve any issues that may arise.

Track the pipeline daily, resolve TDS queries, and manage post-disbursement activities including collection, deferral, and PDD.

Solve SOA-related queries and coordinate with operations to address overdue charges, ARN, and security perfection issues.

Collect deferral MIS from the CAD Team and coordinate with regions for closure.

Maintain tracking on collections for all corporate cases and provide regular updates to the management.

Intimate RMs about overdues daily and prepare visit, opportunity, and lead reports.

Provide weekly regional data and create required PPTs for MD reviews.

Job

Graduate in any discipline with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and maintain accurate records and reports.

Be familiar with sales support, supply chain management, and MIS reporting.
