Key Responsibilities
Understand client travel needs and suggest suitable options (flights, hotels, packages, tours, etc.).
Prepare and share customized itineraries.
Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, and travel regulations.
Manage bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and queries.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.
Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Requirements
02 year of experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service (freshers welcome).
Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
Passion for the travel industry with a willingness to learn.
Customer-centric with strong problem-solving abilities.
