Associate Sales Engineer

As an Associate Sales Engineer at GigaKOM, you will be an integral part of our sales team, contributing to the growth of the company in the fast-paced technology sales industry. Your role will involve building relationships with key decision-makers, assisting in proposal preparation, and collaborating with vendors for pricing and bid processes. Key Responsibilities: - Review RFP postings and customer requests to identify business opportunities - Assist in creating proposals and customer communications - Collaborate with vendors to obtain pricing and product information - Handle targeted phone calls from customers, vendors, and sales staff - Address customer needs directly and liaise with Sales Representatives for issue resolution - Coordinate marketing efforts and deliver sales materials - Process leads, update CRM tools, and schedule appointments - Manage email communications and perform data entry tasks - Organize sales department documents in CRM system - Input customer orders into CRM and communicate delivery dates - Assist customers with returns, order inquiries, and information requests Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field - Strong telephone communication skills - Proficiency in written communications - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in technology sales is preferred By joining GigaKOM, you will have the opportunity to expand your industry knowledge through educational opportunities, professional publications, and networking within the technology sales sector.
