Job Description

SUMMARY

Responsible for Development and Process stabilisation for Injection Moulding & Die-casting parts.
Resolving the quality Issues in moulding parts. .
Effectively participating in Trouble shooting and Problem Resolving.
Coordinating with QA Team and supplier in resolving quality issues & Part developments.

Requirements

Experience in plastic Moulding & Die casting including mould design, material selection, process optimization and quality control, is essential.
To identify and troubleshoot issues related to manufacturing processes, material performance is critical.
A thorough understanding of different types of plastic & die-casting materials, their properties is necessary.
