Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Researcher located in our HO. The Associate Researcher will be responsible for conducting detailed research, analyzing data, and providing insights to aid in Family Business Management, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Performance Enhancement projects. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, assisting in the development of research methodologies, and collaborating with team members to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Experince in people /human resources
• Experience in collecting and analyzing data
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and documentation
• Ability to develop and use research methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Masters Business, Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a Professional Service Firm or similar environment is a plus
