Associate Research Manager (Qualitative)

Qualifications

• Education:

  Master’s in Psychology, Sociology, English Literature, Anthropology, or other Humanities/Social Sciences disciplines

• Experience:

  1–2 years in Market Research/Consumer Insights, prefer experience with primary research

• Location:

  Gurgaon (work from office, Mon–Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end qualitative research projects

  – from proposals and study design to analysis, reporting, and client presentations
• Design

  discussion guides, questionnaires, field briefs, and research materials

  to ensure high-quality data collection
• Manage

  project timelines and stakeholders

  to deliver reports with accuracy and impact
• Analyse rich consumer narratives to generate

  insights and actionable recommendations

• Translate research findings into

  strategic solutions

  that help clients build stronger brands
