Associate Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

As an Associate Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking, your role involves supporting the Relationship Manager in various activities to drive client acquisition, book growth, and cross-selling of banking products. Your responsibilities include: - Assisting in preparing client proposals, credit appraisals, and documentation - Acting as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to queries - Supporting RMs in meeting balance sheet and income targets - Tracking opportunity pipelines and account activation - Ensuring smooth execution of transactions and resolving operational bottlenecks - Preparing CAM for new and existing clients, monitoring covenants - Maintaining accurate client records and generating reports for management review - Identifying cross-selling opportunities for treasury services, CMS, and forex - Maintaining CRM hygiene and preparing meeting notes and action trackers - Supporting audits, compliance reviews, and contributing to sector intelligence - Providing back-up coverage for RM during absences to ensure service continuity In terms of qualifications, you are required to have: - Graduation in any discipline - Post-graduation in any field - 0 to 4 years of relevant experience Please note that this role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, internal teams, and contribute to the growth of the Commercial Banking portfolio.
