Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing and coordination.
  2. Conduct candidate screening and handle salary negotiations.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders and manage interview schedules.
  4. Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.

Job Requirements

  1. 01 year of experience in Engineering/Semiconductor hiring.
  2. MBA in HR with good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic hiring environment.
