Work closely with Account Managers to meet the requirements of the clients in sourcing, screening, and scrutinizing the applications received from suitable candidates. (Resources) for international requirement.
Strong research and networking skills to find and imply strategies for the perfect candidate.
Solid understanding of talent acquisition from social media, referrals, networking, and relevant advertising campaigns.
Screening of applicants through databases, forums, social media, etc.
Able to plan and execute a qualitative approach to the recruitment process.
Proactive team player and must have worked in any team environment.
Strong English communication and coordination skills
Deadline and goal-oriented person
Willingness to work in the night-shift
Should have a keen interest in working in the recruitment industry
Graduation in any field is mandatory
