Job Description

As an Associate Project Manager Operations at Board Infinity, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing client engagements in the Indore region. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary on-site representative of Board Infinity at the assigned university, ensuring daily operational oversight and smooth program execution. - Visiting the university on a daily basis to manage ongoing activities, strengthen client relationships, and address operational or academic concerns proactively. - Collaborating closely with university stakeholders, including faculty members, placement teams, and administrative staff, to align training objectives and delivery schedules. - Coordinating with internal coaches, mentors, and delivery teams to ensure effective session planning, alignment, and timely execution of training modules. - Monitoring and managing daily operations related to training programs, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, and deliverables. - Maintaining and managing accurate data records, including student attendance, assessments, marks, and performance metrics, across both the university platform and Board Infinity's internal systems. - Preparing and sharing regular reports on training progress, student engagement, mentor performance, and overall program health with internal teams and client stakeholders. - Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates on all relevant portals and dashboards. - Identifying operational challenges and implementing corrective actions in coordination with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of relevant work experience in Project or Program Management, preferably within the EdTech, training, or academic services domain. - Strong understanding of project execution, operational coordination, and training program delivery. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with university authorities and internal teams. - High level of organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools for documentation, reporting, scheduling, and data management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Willingness to travel locally and maintain consistent on-site presence at the client university.
