Associate Project Manager

As an Associate Project Manager (Software Development) at our company, your role will involve identifying work packages, coordinating teams, and analyzing project information. You will be responsible for following up on the progress of work items and communicating effectively with the Project Manager. Capturing detailed minutes of meetings and organizing relevant information for stakeholders will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. It will be essential for you to ensure that the Project Team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables. Supporting the daily functions of the Project Management Office and Project Managers will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will be required to provide status updates on projects, indicate key milestones, and seek guidance from leadership/PM for project decisions. You will analyze business processes to highlight issues and challenges, recommend solutions and improvements, as well as develop and implement test plans to ensure successful project delivery. Communication of plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders will also be crucial in your role. Qualifications required for this position include: - 3-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Sr. Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager - Good experience in UAT testing and client management - Good knowledge of STLC and SDLC - Experience with any project management tools such as Jira, Redmine, Trello, Zoho, etc - Strong team management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Graduation in any discipline, with a preference for a Computer Science background Join us in this exciting opportunity to contribute to project success and drive improvements within our organization.,
