Associate Project Manager

You are urgently hiring an Associate Project Manager(Software Development) to join the team. Your responsibilities will include identifying work packages, coordinating teams, and analyzing project information. You will need to follow up on the progress of work items and communicate effectively with the Project Manager. Additionally, capturing detailed minutes of meetings, organizing and distributing relevant information to appropriate stakeholders, and ensuring that the Project Team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables are crucial aspects of this role. Supporting the daily functions of the Project Management Office and Project Managers is also a key responsibility. You will be required to provide status updates on projects, indicate key milestones, and seek guidance from leadership/PM when necessary. Analyzing business processes to highlight issues and challenges, recommending solutions and improvements, and developing and implementing test plans to ensure successful project delivery are important tasks. Effective communication of plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders is essential for project success. To be eligible for this position, you must have 3-4 years of experience as a Project Coordinator/Sr. Project Coordinator or Associate Project Manager. Additionally, you should possess good experience in UAT testing and client management, along with a strong understanding of STLC and SDLC. Experience with any project management tools such as Jira, Redmine, Trello, Zoho, etc., is required. Strong team management and communication skills, both verbal and oral, are essential. A graduate in any discipline with a preference for a Computer Science background would be ideal for this role.,
