Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
Being point of contact for various working groups
Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical/non-technical solutions
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
Provide Management Reports on Overall progress and health of projects and Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio
Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows
Facilitate Team Collaboration and Communication

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proficiency with MS Office Suits or related software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to solve problems creatively
Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
