Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Associate Professor in Banking, Insurance and Finance to join our esteemed faculty at Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance in Pune. The role involves delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, conducting academic research, and contributing to the development of innovative teaching methodologies. The incumbent will also engage in curriculum design, conduct workshops and seminars, and participate in institutional and professional development activities. This is an on-site position based in Pune.

Qualifications

• Strong Publication Record, atleast 15 Scopus/WOS/ABDC indexed papers
• Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Services with a proven track record in academia or industry.
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills for effective teaching and research dissemination.
• A Ph.D. in Banking, Finance, or a related field along with robust Scopus-indexed publications is mandatory.
• Experience in mentoring students and developing industry-relevant academic content is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Customer Service principles and the ability to apply practical knowledge to academic scenarios would be an advantage.
