Job Description

Role Overview: Vyapar is looking for a dynamic Associate Product Manager to join its portfolio company, Suvit. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating an intuitive user experience specifically designed for Chartered Accountants (CAs) and tax professionals. Your responsibilities will involve developing new products, enhancing existing offerings, and ensuring the current product meets the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape the product strategy of the organization - Lead a team dedicated to developing core features and addressing complex business scenarios for CAs and tax professionals - Conduct customer research to identify the requirements and rationale for upcoming products and features - Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Wireframes to convey research findings and vision effectively - Liaise with designers to transform wireframes into visually appealing high-fidelity designs - Coordinate with the engineering team to facilitate the development and release of new features to Suvit's end users - Take complete ownership of the performance metrics associated with the developed features, utilizing data and insights for analysis - Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the product and assist customers in product adoption - Work with various internal teams (support, sales, partners, renewal, etc.) to create products that enhance efficiency, boost sales, and attract more users. Qualification Required: - Acute attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to achieving goals - Proficiency in wireframing tools such as Balsmiq, Mockplus, Adobe XD, or Whimsical - Experience in writing business and product requirement documents - Ability to interpret data, monitor key metrics, funnels, and cohorts effectively - Skill in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for features, enhancements, and overall products - Clear understanding of design principles and the ability to streamline usability - Empathy towards end users and a focus on simplifying user experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Capability to manage multiple facets concurrently and act as a liaison between business, marketing, engineering, support, and sales teams. Experience: - Prior experience in tech product management, preferably 2-3 years. Education: - Degree in Engineering or Management, preferably from a reputed institute like IITs, IIMs, NITs, BITS, etc.,
