Associate Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Onelab Ventures, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects. Your responsibilities will include leading daily stand-up meetings, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring that the team follows agile methodologies and best practices. You will also act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, translating their needs into actionable items for the engineering team. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through clear communication is essential. In addition to managing stakeholder expectations, you will oversee the engineering team's workflow, prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met. Monitoring team performance and providing feedback for continuous improvement will be a key part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time while managing stakeholder expectations is required. Leadership skills to guide and motivate the engineering team are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a software development environment. Holding a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification would be a plus, as well as demonstrated experience in using JIRA and Figma.
