You will be joining a dynamic team at Key, a company dedicated to reimagining how professionals connect, create, and grow together. As an Associate Product Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of Key.ai's core platform features. You will be at the forefront of user experience, technical feasibility, and business goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to shape the future of professional communities. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in developing and managing the product roadmap for key platform features, ensuring a balance between user needs and business objectives. You will act as the Scrum Master for all product initiatives, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing impediments. Conducting user research, analyzing data, defining success metrics and KPIs, and collaborating with customer success will be integral parts of your role. Additionally, you will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to align product features and improvements with customer needs. By creating feedback loops between customers and the product team, you will drive continuous improvement. Your involvement in developing customer education materials, participating in customer calls and meetings, and supporting the product development lifecycle will be crucial in enhancing product adoption. Qualifications for this role include 2-4 years of product management or related experience, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with agile development methodologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with detail-oriented organizational capabilities. Preferred qualifications include experience with real-time communication platforms or social products, understanding of community dynamics and moderation challenges, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. Additionally, attributes such as strong problem-solving abilities, adaptability, a proactive approach, and a customer-centric mindset will be valuable in this role.
