Role Overview: As a Video & Audio Producer/Editor at Key, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality audio and video content that highlights authentic professional connections and community stories. Your primary responsibility will be to lead podcast production efforts, collaborating with the community leader, content writer, and host(s) to produce engaging and insightful episodes that amplify the voices within the community. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end podcast production, from planning to publishing, ensuring a seamless and high-quality production process. - Record and edit high-quality audio content featuring community members, industry experts, and thought leaders. - Mix and master audio to meet professional broadcast standards and create engaging show notes and episode descriptions. - Manage the podcast publishing schedule and distribution to reach a wider audience effectively. - Collaborate with the content team and community leader to develop episode concepts and story arcs that resonate with the audience. - Create video content that complements podcast episodes and produce short-form videos for social media and marketing purposes. - Design and implement video production workflows, ensuring alignment with Key's brand standards. - Direct remote video recording sessions with guests and edit video content to deliver compelling visual narratives. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in audio production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing podcast or broadcast work. - Proficiency in professional audio and video editing software like Adobe Audition, Final Cut Pro, Riverside, or similar tools. - Experience with remote recording solutions and ensuring consistent audio quality across different environments. - Knowledge of audio storytelling principles, audio equipment, and recording techniques. - Ability to manage production timelines effectively and maintain organized media archives and project files. Additional Details: The preferred qualifications for this role include a background in narrative or documentary podcast production, experience in producing business or professional development content, familiarity with podcast distribution platforms, understanding of the professional networking landscape, and experience in training hosts and guests on audio/video best practices. Your skills should include strong storytelling instincts through audio and visual mediums, maintaining narrative flow through editing, effective project management and organization, excellent communication with remote teams and guests, problem-solving for technical challenges, attention to detail and quality control, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring a consistent brand voice across media formats.,
