Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: Assist in defining product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization. Take ownership of product modules or workflows (e.g., lead generation, supplier onboarding, buyer experience, or transaction flow). Collaborate with cross-functional teams – tech, design, sales, and operations – to launch and improve product features. Develop a deep understanding of our B2B buyers and sellers—identify their pain points and craft solutions that scale. Translate business needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) Conduct customer research and gather feedback to inform product improvements. Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and product KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Excel. Collaborate with marketing and sales to roll out product launches effectively Stay updated with industry trends and competitor platforms. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields. An MBA is a plus. 2+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B, marketplace, or SaaS environment .
