Responsibilities:

• Lead Primary and Secondary Customer Research to uncover insights and opportunities
• Work closely with Design to ensure a high-quality, intuitive user experience aligned with strong design principles
• Collaborate with the team to drive CX improvements across key product journeys
• Translate insights into actionable product recommendations and roadmap items
• Define success metrics, goals, and milestones for products you own
• Track product funnels regularly and identify areas for improvement
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, and Business teams
• Own end-to-end product execution - from problem definition to launch
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from a Tier-1 institution
• 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business/Technology Analysis, or Data roles
• Strong product intuition with a commitment to raising the bar on design, UX, and product quality
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of problem statements
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Solid understanding of design systems, UX principles, and design language
• Experience with analytical tools, product instrumentation, and experimentation
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner deeply with Design and Engineering
