Overview

What you will do:

● Translate business and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

● Collaborate with the Senior Designer to maintain and evolve our design system and component library. ● Apply UX principles such as consistency, hierarchy, accessibility, and feedback loops to create designs that are both functional and delightful.

● Use Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, After Effects, etc.) to deliver product, marketing, and visual assets.

● Deliver production-ready design assets and work with developers for accurate handoff and implementation.

● Participate in design reviews, contributing constructive feedback and iterating based on team input.

● Take ownership of smaller design projects end-to-end, while supporting the Senior Designer on larger initiatives

What we are looking for: Experience

● 1–2 years as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Visual Designer with a focus on digital products. Tools

● Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator; After Effects preferred). Skills

● Ability to design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces.

● Familiarity with user flows, wireframes, prototyping, and usability testing.

● Understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color, grids, spacing, and accessibility.

● Awareness of UX best practices: simplicity, consistency, intuitive navigation, and reducing cognitive load Soft Skills

● Collaborative mindset; comfortable working within a small, fast-moving team.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design tasks.

● Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow under mentorship.

● Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions clearly.
