As an Associate Producer at 9AV Productions, you will be responsible for overseeing social media video production projects from pitch to delivery. Your role will involve managing client relations, leading shoots, coordinating with creative teams, and ensuring smooth project execution for client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Taskmaster: Ensure smooth project flow across all departments and timely completion. - Presentation: Pitch and secure projects from brands and agencies. - Cross-functional collaboration: Oversee production from pre to post, ensuring seamless execution between different creative departments. - Production Oversight: Manage pre-production planning, location logistics, artist coordination, and on-ground direction. - Performance Reporting: Create Ad performance reports using Ad manager dashboard. - Client Servicing: Maintain close communication with clients and provide timely updates. - Strategy: Develop communication and creative strategies for clients. - Trend Awareness: Stay updated on digital trends, platform innovations, and competitors to keep content fresh. - Expansion: Grow artist database and business opportunities.
