About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and finalize tie-ups with hotels and hospitality partners for crew accommodation and meals.
  • Ensure timely arrangement of lodging and fooding facilities as per operational requirements.
  • Maintain strong vendor relations and handle contract renewals, rate negotiations, and quality checks.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (crew management, finance, operations) to streamline procurement-related processes.
  • Track expenses and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to hotel tie-ups and cost optimization.
