Reliability Assistant manager

Job Purpose

• Responsible for correcting the errors in technology and equipment to ensure engineering operations can get initiated again.
• Responsible to resolve excursion, identify gaps and propose creative measures to prevent or minimize defect impact.

Strategic Activities

• Responsible to ensure materials and defect analysis capabilities required to support advanced process technology and product development are in place.
• Analyze defect reports and recommend corrective action to prevent reoccurrence of problems.
• Incorporate automation and improvement of defect analysis process.
• Identify optimum analytical approaches critical to problems
• Develop, record, and perform various defect analysis on systems and components to identify root cause.
• Develop formal defect analysis report data and findings of complaint and other groups after analysis completion.
• Provide feedback with sustainable solutions for corrective actions.
• Conduct hands-on defect analysis by effectively utilizing necessary analytical techniques.
• Ensure high quality and timely analysis of Defect Analysis requests including detailed reporting of defect analysis results.
• Perform postmortem for excursion to identify gaps, propose system fix, setup business processes and perform fanout.

• Ability to troubleshoot problems to address root causes.

Minimum Education requirements

• Full Time Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Masters degree in related field is preferrable
• Must have

  License on B1 / B2

  category on Airbus / Boeing aircraft.
