Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Associate Process Manager to join our team at eClerx Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in process management, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement areas.
Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Analyze data and metrics to measure process performance and make informed decisions.
Lead and motivate teams to achieve process goals and objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes or improvements.
