Job Description

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops with CLIENT entities to understand current structure validation processes.
Document functional and non-functional requirements for automation, workflow, and AI validation.
Map organizational guidebook rules into technical logic and validation workflows.
Define acceptance criteria and assist during UAT.
Coordinate with Project Manager and Tech Lead to ensure alignment between business goals and solution design.

Required Skills & Technologies:

Experience in UI/UX design & research.
Spoken and written English and Arabic skills
Strong experience in requirements elicitation, BRD/FSD creation, and process modeling.
Familiarity with workflow tools and document management systems.
Understanding of AI/NLP use cases and data validation workflows.
