The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The candidate must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, the candidate must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Associate Process Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain MIS reports and dashboards related to corporate travel.
  • Maintain comprehensive data for ticketing, hotel bookings, car rentals, and forex transactions.
  • Track and update cancellation and credit note data regularly.
  • Verify invoices and credit notes with supporting documentation, including emails and approvals.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely receipt of invoices and credit notes.
  • Collaborate closely with the billing team, travel desk, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform fortnightly reconciliation of invoices and credit notes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of travel-related financial records.

Requires Skills:

  • Proven experience in the travel industry, especially in corporate travel operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems and financial reconciliation processes.
