Role Description

Job Overview

• Design and develop scalable business applications leveraging Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Power Platform solutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating Power Platform with existing enterprise systems and workflows.
• Ensure high standards of solution architecture, performance, and security across Power Platform implementations.
• Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and industry best practices to continuously improve solution delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams working on Power Platform projects.
• Manage complex projects and ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose innovative Power Platform solutions to address them.
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Drive governance and compliance related to Power Platform usage within the organization.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in Power Platform technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance Power Platform capabilities.
• Manage risks and resolve issues related to Power Platform projects.
• Represent the organization in client engagements and technical discussions related to Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
  

Requirements

• 11-15 years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in Power Platform - Power Apps/Power Automate/Power Pages.
• Experience managing complex software projects.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and manage change.
