Syndication placement of Structured /Private Credit deals / Foreign Currency loans/ OTS loans from various investors - like Banks, AIFs, Credit funds, NBFCs
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and investors.Manage the sales pipeline and maintain consistent progress toward goals.Syndication Management:Handle syndication of projects, products, or financial instruments.Negotiate and structure syndication deals in collaboration with stakeholders.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for syndication activities.Client and Partner Relationships:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors.Act as the primary point of contact for syndication-related queries and negotiations.Provide ongoing support to clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.Market Analysis and Insights:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sales and syndication.Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.Provide insights and reports to management on market dynamics and performance metrics.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and operations to support sales and syndication efforts.Ensure smooth execution of syndication deals and client onboarding processes.
Experience in Sales and Syndication, Syndication / Private credit, good communication skills
