Manage Data Entry for various transactions on different ERP’s.Audit Self workMaintain the required SLAs in terms of TAT and AccuracyHandle Basic queries and able to respond to mails regarding Payroll InputsBasic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the sameAbility to work with a diverse group of employees and individualsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointDemonstrate Customer OrientationAbility to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and informationSupports peers by reviewing work to ensure zero errors in work.Engages in professional development to continuously grow in profession and remain current.Strong interpersonal people management skills & client management skill.Responds to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner.Meets 100% of external deadlines.Ready to work in EST or PST shift including weekends3 Months of WFO on all 5 DaysMust have skills
