Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Partner, located in Hyderabad. The Associate Partner will play a key role in providing legal advice, managing client relationships, and contributing to high-level legal strategy. They will lead and manage client cases, assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and represent clients in legal proceedings. The role requires strong collaboration with other legal professionals, maintaining a client-focused approach, and active participation in business development activities for the firm.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property Law, Employment Law, and Real Estate Law.
• Proficiency in drafting legal contracts, agreements, and documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex legal matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to liaise effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Proven team leadership and collaboration skills for managing and mentoring legal professionals.
• Strong research skills to develop legal strategies and provide accurate counsel on complex issues.
• Familiarity with Indian legal frameworks and practices is essential; experience in handling high-stakes matters is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university; master’s degree or specialization in a relevant field is an advantage.
