Position Summary

Medical Billing Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Manage individual workload through CRM tools and consistently meet KPI and SLA targets.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via fax, email, or phone from field partners and clients.
Address customer issues effectively, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Research and respond to service failures or client inquiries; correct, document, report, and escalate when required.
Review assessments and care plans for accuracy and compliance with US health insurance requirements.
Collaborate with Care Solutions Managers to resolve issues or missing information.
Collect and document client data at the start of services to support accurate billing and submissions.
Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies; understand data flow and system interactions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Medical Billing, Claims, Insurance, or related areas.
Basic understanding of insurance policies, eligibility criteria, and the claims process.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage workload independently.
Critical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand systems and data flow.
