B2B represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience. If so, then you are at the right place. Key responsibilities will include two key programs (a) Driving Lapser reactivation and reducing Lapse rate and (b) AB homepage management. Own Lapser program End to End customer backward GTM creation and drive execution Track and report performance on key input and output metrics Own end to end AB homepage planning and driving alignment with AB category team/ Program teams on homepage plan Own homepage merchandising execution and support junior merchandisers in resource planning Develop targeted messages based on the key value propositions and use cases. Track homepage performance and share performance report with stakeholders regularly Work with the product managers to define necessary product improvements and new areas for innovation. 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges Masters degree
