Associate Marketing Consultant

Team Management:

? Understand ESSC and its Values, Vision and Goals

? Understand the importance of your role in the growth of the company

? Keep your peers motivated and maintain high morale to encourage a friendly and open environment.

? Follow ESSC protocols with respect to processes- briefing documents, daily updates, agenda's, etc.

? Ensure adherence to ESSC's policies and good practices.

Organizational Alignment:

? Understand ESSC and its Values, Vision and Goals and imbibe them in daily operations

? Understand the importance of your role in the growth of the company

? Follow and enforce ESSC's policies and good practices

? Display strong personal and professional ethics

Strategy development and execution:

? Conceptualize brand marketing initiatives for clients [Strategic Alliances, Communities, Digital Assets, Events, Web 3.0, Brand Alliances and like]

? Strategize and enable the execution of all brand marketing plans

? Prepare quarterly Roadmaps for Clients

? Work in unison with the team lead, fellow colleagues and senior leadership in an amicable manner to achieve client goals and organizations business objectives.

? Working in sync with the PR and Social Media team to ideate and develop brand strategies for client's client proposals and implement the marketing initiatives

? Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Analytics and Reporting:

? Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

? Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven recommendations.

Resource development:

? Maintain and continually build on a network of resources that can be deployed when the need arises

? This would be in the form of professional network, vendor network, influencer network etc.

? Develop and foster relationships with brands and 3rd parties on behalf of El Sol Strategic Consultants

Community Marketing:

? Develop, maintain and build on a database of communities across categories

? Create concepts and execute them on behalf of the client with business and interest lead communities

Events and Partnerships:

? Identify and evaluate opportunities for participation in industry events, conferences, and partnerships that align with our marketing goals.

? Coordinate event participation, ensuring a strong presence and effective engagement to generate leads and enhance brand visibility

Reporting:

? To undertake weekly and monthly reporting & updates with immediate leaders

Client Satisfaction and Retention:

? Ensure 100% client retention

? Take regular feedback from the client regarding the progress of the work and areas for improvement

Crisis Management:

? Support seamless crisis management and troubleshooting.

Knowledge Upkeep:

? Stay updated with new practices for Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 to enhance client offerings.

? Maintain relationships and databases with key stakeholders.

? Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies and influencers
