As an Associate Manager / Manager in the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) at Pro-Vigil, your role is vital in scaling India operations and aligning talent acquisition efforts across India and the US. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Guide and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. - Utilize data and analytics to offer insights on hiring trends, team performance, and areas for process optimization. - Lead talent branding initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top-tier talent. - Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and best practices for scalable and efficient hiring. - Establish clear policies within the recruitment team and deliver concise reports for internal reviews. - Conduct informative presentations for internal stakeholders and provide market intelligence on talent availability and industry hiring trends. - Act as a trusted talent advisor, offering guidance on interviewing best practices, inclusive hiring strategies, and effective assessment tool usage. - Align recruitment efforts with workforce planning, strategic TA initiatives, and business priorities. - Maintain proactive communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle and champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) hiring practices. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. - 10-12 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership role. - Proficiency in recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Data-driven, analytical mindset with sound judgment. - High professionalism, discretion, and integrity. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. - Independent thought leadership with a proactive, team-oriented approach. - Female candidates are preferred. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in hiring for technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. - Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience strategies. - Previous exposure to managing recruitment projects or talent programs.,
