Cost of poor quality & wastage reduction
: Develop evaluation metrics and tracking Cost of poor quality across Bidadi and Soulfull Own units and Hold incidents. Take proactive measures to reduce wastage and product recalls.
Customer Service

Customer/Consumer Complaints
: - Monitor the customer & consumer complaints, prepare detailed root cause analysis and mitigation plan to be prepared for genuine complaint.
- Work towards reduction in complaints by conducting risk assessment at units on the process and product.
- Coordinating government agency & certifying bodies like FSSAI, EIA, FSSC, Halal etc for the Audit coordination & closure compliance
Internal Processes
- Q&FS Score, Analytical Compliance of Product & Packaging to FSSAI standard, GMP:
- Ensuring the licensing compliance of all manufacturing units including 3P.
- Ensure FSSAI licenses for all units are updated with the required KOB and listed product categories.
- Responsible to ensure that plants are complying the Regulatory requirement in terms of Legal Metrology, USFDA Registration, etc.
- Reviewing the USFDA requirement, coordination & implementation for USFDA inspection at manufacturing unit.
- Assessing the Plant Performance on regular basis through MIS/Daily reports/Inspection results. To conduct Visits/Inspection for resolution of Major issues related product/system.
- Conducting reviews with quality and in coordination with stake holders for resolving the concerns and guiding team with resources.
- New Product/process changes should be implemented in FSMS system with proper validation, verification & documentation. To coordinate with other stakeholders to ensure QA related are closed on time and coordinating with concern stakeholders.
- To review and approve all Validation Protocols and Reports related to Quality & Food Safety.
- Responsible to identify & ensure that inline product protection devices are in system to ensure the quality & safety of product/system.
- Liaising with external labs and ensure testing as per protocols, verification of results and interpretation to take appropriate actions.
- Benchmarking of products with competitors and provide feedback.

Lead and inspire the team
- Mapping & Developing team competency with Road map and guiding team with knowledge and individual training.
- Responsible to develop, identify and upgrade peoples knowledge on food safety requirements by providing internal/external trainings & resources.
- Responsible to develop and sustain Food Safety culture.
- Lead the team in problem solving and implementation of kaizens/initiatives.
What are the Critical success factors for the Role
- Master s/bachelor s degree in food technology from e.g CFTRI /NIFTEM / IIFPT / ICT \ Prabhani etc. or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in quality management, RnD and Operations from large scale manufacturing companies e.g Companies Kellogg Co ( Preferably ) or equivalent level.
- Experience in Breakfast cereals / Bakery products / Snacks etc. under manufacturing site and central level is preferred.
- Experience of preparing and implementing FSSAI / HACCP / FSMS and USFDA in food processing facility
What are the Desirable success factors for the Role
- Knowledge of HACCP, Food safety management systems and GMP guidelines - certified auditor for FSMS.
