Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling the relationships with all top retail chains, business planning, accounts onboarding, a listing of products in new accounts & listing of new products in existing accounts, executing contracts with major national chains including, Health & Glow, Spencers, Wellness /forever, Star Bazar, etc.
The Associate Manager will discuss and set clear targets and strategies for accomplishing the modern trade business's top and bottom line KPI.
Negotiation and execution of TOT with accounts.
Develop and execute a joint business plan with the category team of the accounts for the year.
Managing category growth strategy and ensuring channel and category profitability.
Handling sales through distributors to MT retail accounts mentioned above. Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility, and Promotions conducted at the account level.
Manage a complex business with a few SKUs, in POS across the geography. He should also, be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingency to overcome them
Cross-functional working with BA Channel, marketing team, and Supply chain team.
Responsible for competition mapping, ensuring the identified opportunity's success, and escalating issues as needed.
