Position:

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in

  corporate communications, branding, media relations, and content creation

  .
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both

  English and Hindi

  .
• Proficiency in

  multimedia content creation and editing tools

  (graphic design, video editing, social media tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of collaboration.
• Understanding of

  HR practices and employee engagement strategies

  preferred.

Key Accountabilities:

Internal Communications

• Contribute to the

  monthly internal newsletter

  , highlighting key achievements, updates, and employee spotlights.
• Craft engaging and informative

  topical emailers

  to keep employees informed and connected with organizational happenings.
• Develop and execute

  employee engagement campaigns

  , fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Manage and coordinate

  video shoots

  for processes, testimonials, CSR projects, and other initiatives.

External Communications

• Draft and release

  press notes

  on regular business developments.
• Pitch exclusive stories to media to garner

  positive coverage

  and enhance the company’s public image.
• Liaise with

  local and national media

  for coverage of company events and activities.
• Oversee the creation and placement of

  newspaper advertisements

  and external communication materials.

Branding

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement

  creative collaterals

  for events, campaigns, and OOH branding tools.

Content Development

• Create compelling and impactful

  content in English and Hindi

  across multiple platforms.
• Ensure all communication reflects the brand’s voice, values, and strategic objectives.
