Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Associate Manager IT & Network Operations to oversee IT infrastructure, network administration, and end-user support. This role involves maintaining high availability and performance of IT systems while ensuring compliance, security, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls and network infrastructure.
Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across systems.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and enterprise applications.
Deliver prompt and effective technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain detailed documentation for IT systems, configurations, and processes.
Collaborate across internal teams and departments to identify and address IT needs.
Work with vendors for procurement of hardware and software solutions.
Support compliance initiatives in coordination with relevant departments

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 5 years of experience in IT operations or network administration.
Hands-on experience with firewalls (preferably Palo Alto) and macOS environments.
Experience managing enterprise antivirus solutions.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) and JumpCloud is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in issue resolution.
ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
